Right to return
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Customers in the European Union have this right by law; we apply the same policy worldwide.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, cables and documentation must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Items that cannot be returned
- Digital products and course downloads, once the file has been downloaded.
- Products made or configured to your specification.
- Items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorised repair.
How to start a return
Write to support@greenmkt.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving those instructions.
Return shipping costs
If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. If you are returning for any other reason, the return shipping is at your expense.
Refunds
Once the returned item arrives and is inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and of the packaging. We arrange a replacement or a full refund.
