Warranty period
All new hardware sold by GreenMKT Store carries a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Some manufacturers offer longer periods; where that applies, the manufacturer’s period prevails.
Customers in the European Union benefit from the legal conformity guarantee of 2 years for new goods, under the applicable consumer legislation.
Used and refurbished equipment
Products explicitly listed as used or refurbished carry a 6-month warranty, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
- Equipment that arrives dead on arrival.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by power surges.
- Incorrect installation, overclocking beyond manufacturer specification, or unauthorised repair.
- Normal wear of consumable parts such as fans, batteries and thermal paste.
- Software problems, operating system configuration and data loss.
How to claim
Write to support@greenmkt.store with your order number, a description of the fault and, where possible, photographs or a short video. We assess the claim and arrange repair, replacement or refund.
Data
Back up your data before sending any equipment for repair. We cannot be held responsible for data stored on returned devices.
