Where we ship
GreenMKT Store ships worldwide. Orders are dispatched from our supplier network and delivered by international carriers.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number as soon as the order is placed.

Please read these estimates carefully before ordering. Most of our hardware ships directly from our manufacturing partners, which keeps prices low but means longer transit times than a local retailer. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, local holidays and carrier delays can extend delivery times.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on destination, weight and the shipping method selected. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm payment.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.
Customs duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully. Parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect address may incur a new shipping charge.
